These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The DJ Calendar (“The DJ Calendar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://thedjcalendar.com (the “Site”), including member accounts, comments, alerts, and ticket links. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use member features. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

1. WHO WE ARE

The DJ Calendar is an independent online tour directory and publication focused on electronic music artists and live events. We compile and organize tour dates, venue information, and ticket links from multiple sources to help fans discover live electronic music performances. 2. MEMBER ACCOUNTS

You may browse most of the Site without an account. Optional member registration requires a valid email address, username, and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to register.

Members can favorite artists, receive email alerts when new tour dates are posted, and manage preferences from the dashboard. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or create fraudulent accounts;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse Site endpoints in ways that harm availability;
• Post spam, harassment, malware, or unlawful content in comments or contact messages;
• Attempt to access restricted areas or other users' accounts;
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the Site or other users.

4. TOUR DATA & TICKETS

Show listings are compiled from public sources and partners and may change without notice. Always confirm event details with the venue or promoter before making travel arrangements.

Ticket links take you to third-party vendors. We are not the event promoter or ticket seller unless explicitly stated. Purchases are subject to the vendor's terms. We may earn a commission through affiliate links.

Hotel and accommodation links (e.g., Booking.com) and flight search links (e.g., Google Flights) are provided as a travel-planning convenience. We may earn a commission on bookings made through affiliate links to Booking.com. Flight search links to Google Flights are standard navigation links without affiliate tracking.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site’s design, editorial content, branding, and compiled tour data are owned by us or our licensors. Artist names, images, and logos may be subject to third-party rights. You receive only the limited rights needed to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Editorial articles and artist bios are original works and may not be republished without attribution.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of tour listings. All tour information is subject to change by event organizers.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The DJ Calendar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on tour information. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free member features).

This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms when we change Site features or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
